The Acappella Company will gladly issue a full refund or exchange, including return shipping cost, for any faulty or incorrect product. If a customer would like to return or exchange any product that is in new (unopened) condition, we will issue a refund or exchange for the original order, but the shipping cost to return or exchange the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
